I need to know how to copy the item codes so that I can paste them onto a word document. I go to products, filter, supplier, then go and I see the list I need, I just have to know how to copy it or send it somewhere so that I can have the list of item codes. Thanks so much for any help.

   I just uploaded about 20 products and would like to know if there is a way to find recently uploaded products before exporting them to excel, adding drop ship info, and importing back. It's very tedious going through a list of a few thousand products to try and find the item numbers so please tell me if there is a better way to do this. Thanks so much for any help.

  Yesterday I had my computer redone (after a virus) anyway, I have the Supermanager database on my desktop, plus another Supermanager icon which is maybe a shortcut? not sure, I had logged into the database by accident and when I went to save the file it said to save it in my documents, I created the name SuperManager database and got the following error:

error saving backup file 32

What did I do wrong? Should I be touching this database at all? just the shortcut? I think the database automatically updates everytime I use the SuperManager (shortcut) but am not sure. I hope I'm making sense, it has been a stressfull two days with my computer, thanks for any help.

I thought I had found out a great way to figure out what the new products that I uploaded were so I could only export those products into excel, and sometimes, it still works: I go to the "hidden" products and export, update, and import them. However, I have noticed that even after they are updated they remain "hidden". What does "hidden" mean? Once updated, is there a way not to make a group of items not hidden? Is there another, or a better way, to find the newly uploaded products so that I don't have to search so much or export all of my items to update a group? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks so much.

Although the Super Manager is downloading my orders, it sometimes doesn't send the drop ship e-mails and says Unable to connect to server. I then have to manually send the drop ship e-mails. What can I do so that this won't happen anymore? When I'm at my day job I need my Super Manager to send my drop ship orders out, especially at this time of year lol! Thanks for any help.

I can't believe I'm going through this again, just spent an hour trying to import about 65 new products into excel, so I can add the drop shippers, I actually could have done it manually by now...anyway, I followed Mike's steps exactly, and the only items from this supplier that are in excel are the ones that already have the supplier in the Super Manager! The other new ones don't even show up. I even tried creating a separate file just for those items (personalized crosses) and again, only the ones already with a supplier showed up. Please help me, I don't even have a spare minute these days and really need to do this and learn how to do it without always bugging you  guys lol! Thanks so much for any help.

I am finally trying to export variants to excel so that I don't have to manually add the supplier's names to items with many, many variants. When I follow the directions given to me awhile ago, and right click on the products, there are only two options for export, and they are Froogle Product Feed and Inventory. There isn't an Export - Variants option, which I think I need. I tried to export using the inventory (about a dozen times) but have been unsuccessful, please help me out with this, as this is very frustrating. Thanks so much for any help.

I need to know how to prevent the SuperManager from re-sending all of my orders when I open it up on my laptop which I haven't used in about a year to send orders. When I opened the Supermanager on my old computer recently to look at something, it re-sent 11 drop ship orders and I had to notify all of my suppliers that got the duplicate e-mails to disregard them. I don't want to have that happen again, especially not with a year's worth of orders. Is there something I can turn off in the settings, and then turn on again? Please let me know how to go about this, thanks so much any help is greatly appreciated.

I need to do my quarterly sales tax and was able to do a report on the supermanager on my old computer (which, btw, when I was just trying to do that, it sent out 11 duplicate drop ship orders!) Anyway, I don't see anywhere to make reports on the supermanager on my new computer, and need to know how I can add up all of my orders from March to May 2009. I don't have Quicken or anything like that and am just too tired to add it up manually. Any help is great appreciated.

When I first try to open the Super Manager on my new computer it says "unable to initialize internet explorer, all online functions will be cancelled. Then after I put my security code in it says something like "error downloasing orders". I am going to try it on my old computer now, and don't know if this is a problem on the super manager's end or on the way its set up on my new computer, although it was working just fine yesterday. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I know I was able to get the Supermanager on my laptop, but can't remember how I did it, lol! Anyway, I have a new desktop computer and need to know how to get the supermanager on there, thanks so much for any help!

Hi everyone,
    When my drop ship orders are sent through the SuperManager, the comments in the "comments" section of my checkout page are not being sent to the supplier. I really need the comments section to be included with my orders, can someone please tell me how to fix this? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks so much.

I just added some products that have a lot of variables, like 64 to be exact! Is there a way I can highlight them all, or a group of the variables, at once, to add the drop shipper? My wrist is actually hurting me, and this is way too time consuming. I hope there is a better way, any hope is greatly appreciated, thanks so much and Happy New Year everyone!

   Is there any way for me to view the total orders for a given time period, like 3 months? I need to do my quarterly taxes, and don't have quick books. I usually just add everything manually, which is becoming very burdensome, and any shortcut would help at this point. Thanks so much, any help is greatly appreciated.

    This is my first post here, and I must first say that I really love using the Super Manager. For the last two days, I haven't been receiving the cc'd e-mails of the orders to my e-mail, which is very frustrating. I don't see anything in my settings which would indicate that I shouldn't get a copy of the orders. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks so much.
