It would be helpful to have different colors displayed for the different risk level .

For example, all orders that have an email that matches the Blacklist email group could highlight in RED and orders with different shipping and billing addresses highlight in BLUE (or some color other than red) and so on.

I installed IE9 and that fixed it too.  Thanks David,

Same issue, running Windows 7.

Restored Windows back to yesterday's working state.  Issue resolved for now.

why is not just the order subtotal?

Thanks for putting in the swap address button on the order details screen.

It works, but it deletes the customer's email address.   Need to leave the email address as is.

General / Declared Value calculation discussion
December 01, 2009, 05:21:57 PM
I have read the discussions on the board regarding declared value and read the manual.

I am not exactly clear on how declared value is calculated, and the declared value The Supermanager arrives at for our orders almost never matches the order total.

1) If an item has options with a price increase, the new price (with option) is not reflected in declared value.

I have many listings of items that have a base price, and also size options that have higher prices, but the declared value is alway the base price.

2)  Items that were at full price when The Supermanager downloaded the item details, then were put on sale later,  still use the full price when calculating declared values.

There may be other variations that I have not found, but these two seem to be consistent an result in a declared value that does not equal the order total.

David,

I understand the behaviour as you have described it.

But I still think this is an issue.  (Minor issue, easy to work around, just confusing)

If I change the shipping method for an unshipped order in Yahoo, re-import the order, the shipping methods should change on the Order Details screen and the Shipment Details screen.     If I change the shipping method on the Order details screen, the Supermanager correctly changes the shipping method and package type on the Shipment details screen, so why does The Supermanger not behave this way if I change the order first in Yahoo, the re-import?.

Also, and this is a separate issue, if you change the Shipping method on the Shipment details screen, the packaging does not change, so changing the packaging type to anything else will cause the shipping method to revert back to its original setting, so I have to change it again.  (Or, I set the package type first, then set the shipping method).

We have an order that was previously read into The Supermanager.

If we change the shipping method in the Yahoo store manager. then update the order in The Supermanager  (via Update from Cart), the Shipping Method that displays in the Order Details screen is correct (updated), but the shipping method that displays in Shipment Details is not correct (did not update...has original shipping method displayed).

Further, if I go to the Shipment Details screen, then change the Shippping Method, then change the Packaging, the original Shipping Method will change back.

For example, I have an order that was Next Day Air, Packaging - UPS MED AIR BOX.

I change the shipping method in Yahoo to Ground.
I update the Order in Supermanager.
The Shipping Method on the Order Details screen says "Ground"
The Shipping Method on the Shipping Details screen still says UPS Next Day Air, and Packaging is still UPS MED AIR BOX.

ON the Shipment Details screen, if I change the Method to Ground, then Change the Packaging to Package (or any packaging type), the Method changes back to Next Day Air.  So I have to change the Shipping method  again to Ground.

Not sure about custom fields.

We use the default fields in the checkout manager.

So, that would be name, address, city, state, zip, country, telephone number.

It looks like you have most of this feature already, in that you can copy the billing info into the shipping info and vise/versa.

So, I'm just asking for a swap.   Hit a button and the billing/shipping info swaps places.

Would it be possible, on the order details screen, to add another button that will swap the Bill To and Ship To Info (Name, Company, Address and Phone number fields)?

It would be nice to be able to sort the list of the package types defined in the Package Types tab.
