Title: Program Freezes When I Try to Print
Post by: mgs on December 18, 2011, 09:28:50 AM
I recently installed TheSuperManager on a new computer (Windows 7 64-Bit) along with a new printer (Brother HL-2270DW).

TheSuperManager is freezing every time I try to print a report.  The printer seems to be generally working fine with all other programs, so I think the problem has more to do with TheSuperManager than with the printer.

Any suggestions?

MGS,

Sorry you are experiencing this issue.

We have found that on some systems it is necessary to disable internet explorer's protected mode to avoid this problem.  To do this, click on the "File" button in internet explorer and choose "internet options".  On the front page of the settings, uncheck the option to enable protected mode.  After making this change, please close SuperManager and any internet explorer Windows and then restart SuperManager and try it again.  Let us know if this works for you.

Thanks,
David
