anyway...i always run into this...i have sm lite...how can i upgrade to pro

do you have an excel template for importing products.  I have my file in an csv yahoo store product file buti want to add average cost to my sm products and i can't see how to do it

my pc died and i reinstalled sm lite with my old data file.  Now it won't connect to quickbooks.  When i do an xml export to qb...its says error connecting to quickbooks.

I looked around the board but did not see how to fix

did not work...followed to a t

No good...i use paypal pro for my merchant provider...if that makes a difference.

still not seeing the card number...when i download orders...here is what the info looks like in store manager

i refer to SM for alll my customers cc info...now i don' see it anymore...used to be right there but now gone

updated the service contract and still getting the error.

I finally got sm to work in qb 2007 and vista...but have a new issue.  When i do an export....i get this error
Order 9031: Unable to add customer 'Coffey,Paul' - Unknown error while adding customer to QuickBooks

If i change the customer name to a one word customer name...the import goes through.

I just upgraded to latest verion of sm today but opened an old data file...is this an issue?

for visa,amex mc there is a payment event.  Hense the invoice comes across as paid.  For PO it used to have no pay event...now it does..i don't want it to for that

Supermanager imports my order into QB and if it is a credit card order..the invoice is marked as paid.  No Problem Right?

I do have another payment method called po and these are not paid...how do i make super manager create an invoice that has a payment due(open).  Right now these PO orders are coming in as paid.

works in xp...on release 8
