We include gift messages with out products, but do not offer gift wrapping. Yahoo Merchant does not allow separation of the gift wrapping option from a gift message so I have set up a custom field on the shipping page for "Gift Message" and have hidden the standard Yahoo "Gift Message" field.

My question is this. How do I get the custom Gift Message text to print out on the packing slip I have created. I have tried the SM variable "shipping_custom", but the gift message does not appear.

I actually closed down SM and started it up again and it "repaired" whatever the problem was...

I am getting the above error message today when I try to print packing slips.  This feature has been working great until now.  Any thoughts?

There is a Gift Wrapping Item set up as a service linked to Sales. The Name in SM for the Gift Wrap Item is Gift Wrapping.

Maybe it is another item that is not found, but I don;t know what it is. How can I tell what it is looking for?  All iget is an error window with a bix red X and the test "Item not found".

Any ideas?  I am really stuck. I had hoped to have this up and running to switch over to the new QB file on October 1...

I have attempted to export my first batch of orders from SM to QB and I am having a problem with the Gift Wrap Item (I think), which is kind of weird because we don't offer gift wrap and keep the option hidden from the customers in our Yahoo Store...

When I go to export I get a message box that the item does not exist and SM is going to create it. So I type in the account Gift Wrapping (which exists in our QB Account chart as an Income account).  Then, when SM trys to complete the export I get an error message "Item does not exist"

I'm confused!...     What am I doing wrong?
