Problem Solved:
Looked at Event Manager on Windows 10 PC.... error stated Quickbooks 2018 communication error with Supermanager.
1) Moved Supermanager Set files From Server to local PC.
2) Repaired Qb Install on Local Machine
3) Run File Dr on Server.
4) Rebooted Server and Supermanager PC

All Orders upload successfully. Life is Good. The Planets are now realigned.

Tried to Upload orders by XML. and received error "quickbooks returned no supported file verision".

We are receiving an error message as follows:
Unable to update customer. There was an error when composing an address in "".  QuickBooks error message: There is not enough address lines to compose the address. Please rearrange the individual fields, so that they can fit in the 5-lines block.

The order is entered correctly but receiving message only on approx. 1% of orders.
We never received this error message until Supermanger update.

Has anyone a solution.

I keep getting error that says: Unable to update customer - There

was an error when modifying a Customers list, element "8000B22C-1342807549". 

QuickBooks error message: This list has been modified by another user.

Is this just an error that is telling me someone else is editing the customer data base at the same time, because the order does upload, it just gives me this error.

I think this only applies if you process orders in SuperManager...Not for lite version!

What is the best solution for removing old customers From quickbooks database?

When we get a new order from a repeat customer. SM enters  a new customer record.
Is their anyway to make SM use the customer name that is already setup in QB.

Follow up For Those who are following this Problem.

Yahoo made some type of change to their User access Manager.
I was using a user name just for SM.
When I switched to our main store user SM could then download Orders.

Note;
Both user ids have admin profile.
Should not make any difference,but it does.
I will call  Vince  at Yahoo to see what he knows.

Still no go Today 0813
Message from error message in Browser reads as follows:

Sorry! We have encountered an error that prevents us from fulfilling your request. Things should return back to normal soon, so please try your request again in a few minutes.

I tried approx 10 times yesterday. and 5 times this morning.
Turned off firewall,Anti Spyware and anti Virus software.
No go.

It appears that Supermanger will log on to store but cannot get beyond the Security Code.
May Be a Yahoo Problem!

Everything was working fine until 12 noon today.
I have an exception in Windows firewall for supermanager.exe
Tried ctrl shift e then tried to download orders..No go.
Received Navigate Returned (error 1025)
Any think else I should Try?

SM will not accept alternative code nor can it look up code in QB
Item SP2142 is in QB.

I added SP2142 as alternative code for all variants for the Item no. i have on yahoo.
This has worked on other items but now it will not work on this item (SP2142)



Order Yahoo17295: Unable to find variant 'Blue SP2142' for product code '30THREC_FREE_SHIP' in product list.   item code as QuickBooks item name.

What am I doing wrong.

Enclosed is a Screen shot of our sales receipt.

Bill to and ship fields are exporting fine.
but the Ship to has Ship to 1 to be populate with shipping information with the ship name same as the ship to name.
I hope I explained this ok.
Our orders are not being exported the ship manger with the correct information
