I currently have version 1.7.8 installed.  Since the upgrade, the SM no longer connects to my Yahoo store when I click either on CANCEL, ON HOLD or RETURN when updating the status.  In the past, when I clicked to update the status from SM, it would communicate to my yahoo store and update my orders to either Cancel, On Hold or Return. 

In the store settings, the store type is set to: YAHOO API. I also included the Token from my store.

Please help troubleshoot this issue.

I downloaded the software, installed it on my computer, however the issue I am running into is when I enter my account name and license number into the dialog box that pops up and hit OKAY, nothing happens.   I keep hitting okay, but again, the box just stays open and nothing happens until I hit cancel, which takes me to the generic SM program.

What could be the problem or issues?  Solutions?

General / Orders not downloading or charging

For some reason the SM appears to have stopped connecting to my Yahoo Store to download or even charge orders the last 2 days. The last time the program downloaded new orders was February 18, 2014.  I have version 1.6.4.0.

When I click on GET NEW ORDERS, I see the status bar stating, "Logging in to DiscountDressShop.com store manager to download orders..." but nothing happens.  When I click on OPEN STORE MANAGER, nothing seems to happen.  I have not changed or modified anything.

I need help quickly as I have many new orders to download and charge.

General / Stamps.com Import File Error Message

As of last week, I have been receiving an error popup message when I attempt to import the CSV file (tracking information) from Stamps.com into SM.  The error says, "Unable to  'Priority Mail' to field 'shipment_weight' on data line  (See attachment.)   Everything was working fine until recently.  Please help!

i use stamps.com.  i think in the past you provided me a file as an add-on (i can't remember exactly) so i can import the tracking information from stamps.com to TSM.

since i updated the software, the import feature for stamps.com is not there.

The error pop up box, "An Unknown Error Has Occurred During Yahoo! Sign-in"  has been a common occurrence each time I either

1) download orders
2) change the status of an order (canceled, hold, returned, fraud)
3) update from store manager
4) charge orders

I am at a point where I am becoming very frustrated with the software.  If I attempt to retry a certain action (i.e. download orders), the program sometimes "pushes" through and downloads the orders.

I am using Windows 7 and use Google Chrome for my browser.   I really need  to trouble shoot this issue.
