We are having problems getting orders charged and updating the Yahoo Store with tracking numbers. There are a variety of errors, but the most prevalent is "WinInet Error 12002: The operation timed out". This started yesterday afternoon. It appears to be intermittent, as we were able to limp through by doing a few orders at a time, and simple repeating the process when the error occurred.

Sorry you are having these issues. These issues actually are caused by yahoo switching to a new API server. See this topic for more information:
