Unfortunately this lag is driven by QuickBooks and not by SuperManager. What version of QuickBooks do you have installed?

For another reason we are in the process of updating to a newer version of the QuickBooks SDK. That should be ready to try in a couple of weeks. We can see if that includes with it any performance improvements.
