Can't update to cart Luminate. I get the following error

Unable to sign out different user. Please go to Luminate and sign out as the different user and try again.

I just recently updated to version 1.9.4.8

General / PayPal Paments Pro integration

We are trying to change our credit card processing from Citibank (name has changed now) to use PayPal Payments Pro and we are having a problem with charging cards through Super Manager

This issue seems to have gone away on its own.  After several weeks of not using this function the problem seems to have gone away on its own with no known changes by me, or by SM.  I believe this may have been a Luminate issue, but don't know.  I also don't know for sure when it stated to work normally.  Things are now working and that is goodness.

Upgraded to Version 1.8.5.0 and still have the same problem

Upgraded to Beta Version 1.8.4.2 and still have the same problem

Can't process Manual Credit Card transaction through SM.  Started yesterday, I get this error message  "Luminate returned error 'cannot connect to server. Please try again in a few minutes'"
I can enter the information on the web page and process the card that way but it will not work using SM.  I am also using API transfer.
Using SM version 1.8.1.0

Right now we are not pre-authorizing because it just does it again when you hit sale, so we are just waiting until after the order is packed and we have printed the shipping label.  Then we use Sale and authorize and charge it at that time.

Could SM be made to save the CVV until the order has been charged and then delete it?
