OK...Yes, all international packages require an invoice (3 copies) documenting the contents. I will go ahead and force the shipment as suggested. It is rather strange, as the other company (on a different computer about 10 feet from this one) exports just fine. I always just print the invoice, put them in a plastic sleeve & attach to the package next to the label. This shipment won't even export. That is why I believe something is not set properly.

I have not heard from you regarding this worldship issue. I am still trying to get this order shipped from SM via World ship. Any ideas?

    When you set up the other company, Horse And Wildlife Gifts, It exports the required information and has the items marked as "Home Decor".  The version of World ship we used is "Software Version 15" & "Build 16". According to what I have been told, an invoice reflecting the product, value & country of Origin is sufficient.

I tried that but I still get a World ship error message. Screen shot attached.

I tried to attach a screen shot but it said it was to big. I have emailed them to you. Thank You. I did figure out how to take a screen shot! :-)

I am unable to export a shipment to world ship as UPS Standard to Canada. The method and class is mapped but it will not create the shipping documents. As a result, UPS will not accept it. It will accept Worldwide Expedited. What am I missing? I am stuck. Thank You!

How do I refund a portion of a pay pal payment through SM. I know how to do it for credit cards but the same method does not seem to work with pay pal refunds.

I verified that the expiration was in place both in SM and Yahoo. It is. The CVV code is missing but I added it. I did ctl, shift,e and watched. It fails at processing level.
Sm messages as follows:

1) cc information is expired in Yahoo. Would you like SM to charge this order as a manual transaction? Yes

2) Please enter the amount to charge. I entered the dollar amount.

3) All the info was in place in Yahoo and SM except for the cvv code. I added to both locations.

4) Navigate returned. (error 1030)     I received this error message from SM.

5) Results, charge failed


Wherre do I go next? There appears an option in the screen you had me bring up in Yahoo to have the processor do so directly. Is this something I should do? I would still need to figure out why the charge won't process in SM and why I receive the failed message.

I am trying to process an old credit card transaction that got dropped. Card events showed it charged but yahoo and the customer do not. I discoverred it in reconciliing as an outstanding payment. I have tried to process it as a manual transaction through SM but get the error message 1030. what do I need to do?

I get the following error when trying to export an order to QB. It has previously worked. I have been over and over it and I am obviously missing something. Any help you will offer is appreciated.



Exported 0 orders to QuickBooks.
Order 495: Error adding item '2X8-P': There is an invalid reference to QuickBooks Account "Taxable Sales" in the Items.  QuickBooks error message: Invalid argument.  The specified record does not exist in the list.

You helped me set up Horse And Wildlife Gifts for SM and QB. It has worked fine. Orders are done by XML exchange and produce a sales receipt. Great. That is what I wanted to do. Now Mike helped me set up the second store All Things Equine and the XML exchange from SM to QB brings them in as invoices and is storing all the inormation. I do not want this to happen. I wish for it to exchange the same way as Horse And Wildlife. What do I need to do to accomplish this?

I did as instructed (I think) I still cannot get SM to export to UPS. I emailed error message response which was "Unknown error during Worldship XML exchange". Ideas??? Corky

How do I get the orders from SM into worldship 10.0. I have been adding everything manually to Worldship and I know there has to be a way fro SM to do it for me. Thanks Corky
