Title: Entering account name and license number issue

I downloaded the software, installed it on my computer, however the issue I am running into is when I enter my account name and license number into the dialog box that pops up and hit OKAY, nothing happens.   I keep hitting okay, but again, the box just stays open and nothing happens until I hit cancel, which takes me to the generic SM program.

What could be the problem or issues?  Solutions?

Sorry about the confusion on this.  Please make sure you enter the license key with the proper upper and lower case characters and without the hyphens in it.  Particularly the last part is admittedly not well documented nor is it clear when the about screen shows it with them.
