QuickBooks Runtime is not properly installed.... download the installer at this time?

I have installed the "installer" program. Still unable to upload to Quickbooks, continue to get this error. Specs. Window 7 pro.

There are two runtimes that you need to install. I'm guessing you might be missing one of the two.

Found the link in a search. Loaded QBFC 12.0 Now it seems to work. Tks Norman
