Hello,

I want to add faxed orders to my Yahoo store. Is there a way to do this so a customer can order on my Yahoo store and it will take it out of my inventory but they can choose FAX ORDER and no payment will be needed to be filled out? IE: They can print their order and handwrite the payment info before they fax it?

Hey BBR,
It's sounds like you just need to add a new payment method called "Pay by Fax" or something like that. Then you could instruct the customer to print out the confirmation page, write in the credit card information and then fax the invoice on over to your fax machine. The order would come through the Yahoo! system and if you receive the fax with CC info then you should be good to go.

Mike/Dave,

I just love the fact that you not only offer 'how to' with the SuperManager and Yahoo ... but also tips regarding the Yahoo store in general. And of course the tips on QuickBooks :-)
