Post by: David Johns on May 08, 2006, 07:39:09 PM
When upgrading to a new release The SuperManager should update your data and setting files without incident.  To  that your data is kept safe in the process we recommend the following proceedure.

1. Save a backup copy of your .smg file(s) to a safe folder on your harddrive, jump drive or on a CD/DVD-R.
2. Save a backup copy of your settings file, which by default is located at C:\Program Files\SuperManager\SuperManager.set.
3. In windows go to "Start" | "Control Panel" | "Add or Remove Programs" and look for "SuperManager" on the list.  Uninstall The SuperManager.
4. Run the installer provided by SuperWare.
