Title: Custom form not printing on 1 attemt

Hi,

1. Thank you for a great product and always great service!

2. After exporting / printing an international shipping label (WITH value on it) Dazzle does not print out a custom form. However, printing out the SAME label one more time the custom form automatically gets printed out.

Hello Matt,
Please make sure to set the SuperManager to export the Customs information..

1. In the SuperManager click "View->Program Settings"
2. Then click the "XML Exchange Formats" tab
3. Then select a setting for "Export customs information for.."
4. Next, click "OK" to close the window.

You also need to be using the correct layout in Dazzle to be able to print customs forms. Which layout are you using?
