I tried adding the user with credit card and still get that error. I went to update but it won't let me because support has expired. Does this mean that unless I pay $149 I cannot use SM for my orders anymore? That's not fair.

I am following the instructions of how to upload the inventory into SM from the FAQs http://www.thesupermanager.com/forum/index.php?topic=356.0 and once i try to re-upload the file into SM it gives me this error: "Unable to  "to field" variant_quantity_on_hand" on data line1."

Can you update the inventory in Yahoo from SuperManager?

Or better said, what's the best way keep track of inventory in Yahoo, QBs and SuperManager? If I do an offline sale, how can I update the Yahoo inventory? Through SM or has to be done manually in Yahoo?

Can inventory be updated from QBs to SM to Yahoo and the other way around?

I would like to import all the alternative codes of the items from QBs into SM Lite through a CSV file, as well as the quantities on hand.

Please let me know how to do this. I see the export product option is grayed out in my SM Lite version and I am not sure if this is because it's the lite version or because I am missing a step.

I do have a posting account in every item i have in quickbooks and I had tried exporting several different orders. They are all still missing the posting account and will not export to quickbooks.

I am still getting the error. I tried adding everything that's in the order and I tried with other orders.
Is this because I am using quickbooks PRO and not Premier?

When exporting (or trying to) an order into quickbooks i get this message:

Exported 0 orders to QuickBooks.
2456: Status = Missing posting account.

What is it that I need to do?
