I tried to repeat it just as you explained and I am not getting the same error.

Are you using version 1.1.6.0?  You can find this by going to "Help" | "About The SuperManager..." from the main menu.

If so, I will get with you via email to try to remote in and take a look if that is okay with you.

..Interesting ... now I notice thsat it;s not saving the information in the Account Export

not saving the "Orders and Cash Transactions" or pay methods ......

In setting up ( for the first time)  In Accounting Export..  I select "Combine Visa /MC" when account Settings are 'orders and cash transactions' ..  Super Manager shuts down...

any suggestions?

I'm still setting up a trial version ...
