I treid all of it already closed it and openedagain. This is not the first time I have to change password, but it is def the first time it gives me this message. I know how to do the changes and check it however it is not working.

I treid to dowload orders from Decemberand changed my password, however I am getting "Invalid ID" message when I try to download orders. Why?

when I transfer orders into QB can you tell me where my bookkeeper can find the resell tax summery in QB 2007?
We are still set up as usual we just have a new bookkeeper. We are trying to show her and the resell takx is due end of this month. Help.
