If an answer has been found, I'd appreciate it being posted. I'm also running Windows 7 and IE11 and get the "TextBoxFill Returned (error 1000)". I have updated SM to 1.7.5.0 - was getting Invalid ID before that.

QuickBooks / Quickbooks Online Version

Is there a way to integrate SM (full) with the Quickbooks Online version? It works fine with the desktop version that I have, but I'm considering switching.

QuickBooks / Exporting batches to QB that contain credits
May 15, 2010, 07:06:18 AM
Win 7 - QB10
Having a new problem. When exporting batches to QB, I suddenly get the msg "The Quickbooks file does not contain the credit item that you have requested to use. SM is creating for you..."
I tried just letting SM create the item and chose Credit (first have made sure I had an Account named "Credit" in QB). Did not work. Tried deleting it and setting it up as an "income'" type of account. Still no joy.
I checked Store Settings -->Accounting Export and the item "Credit Item" has a value of Credit.
SM won't export the other batches or the other items in the batch which contains the credit.
Any other ideas?

I guess we're misunderstanding one another - that often happens when you're just writing.
I have 3 accounts:
1) The original Paymentech account
2) The original Humboldt account (which Mike changed to "Humboldt Merchant Acct....old"
3) The new Humboldt account (which stopped working)
Only #2 has 213 batches. Are you saying I should delete all the batches in that account? If so, I would need to name it something other than Humboldt...old.
All very confusing to me, although I'm sure it isn't to you.

Is there a way to do a multi-select or mass delete?
There are some 3000 batches that will have to be deleted manually, one by one.

Hunter58,
Can you send me a screenshot of your batch list in SuperManager and the batch list that comes up in Yahoo - not the text file, but the html report? Please send them to info@thesupermanager.com
Thanks,
David
Screenshots sent.

Hunter58.
When you did the manual import did you press the "download text report" link to download it as a text file? Once you do that you should be able to just choose "File" | "Save As..." in your web browser and save it as a text file. That will make sure the nothing is "lost in translation".
Yes, I tried saving the page using "Save As" and named it Batches.txt. I also tried to copy/paste the info into Notepad and saving that as batches.txt.

Also, what is the highest batch number in your file? If you get a corrupted batch number that appears greater than the highest batch number in your Yahoo store, SuperManager will think there are no new batches to download.
Thanks,
David
Highest batch number is 00139. Yahoo's page shows batches up to 00143.

For some reason, the "Get Batches" button in the Admin view quit working a few days ago.
I did a search on the forum and got what I thought was the solution: Download the txt file from Yahoo's Manual Order page and import it into SM.
Trouble is, I seem to be doing something wrong. I get the screen on Yahoo with the batches, do a Ctrl-A and paste it into a notepad file (txt) and save. Then, when I hit File -- Import -- Batches -- Yahoo Batch File and choose the new txt file I just created....nothing happens. There is no 'execute' command and it simply closes without any update being made into the SMG file.
Any ideas?

Thanks for the tip on the ctrl-shift-e!
Using that, I could see that SM wasn't pasting my password into the Yahoo login screen. It was in Store Settings, but I guess it "forgot" it. I re-entered it into store settings and it worked fine.

General / Invalid Store ID?
November 13, 2008, 02:42:16 PM
Suddenly, I get an "invalid store ID" msg when trying to download orders.
I read some old messages on the forum and tried the following:
1. Copied and pasted store id into SM
2. Restarted SM
3. Rebooted
4. Logged out of Yahoo and then logged back in.
So far, no joy. It was working fine earlier today, but suddenly started with this msg. Any ideas?
