When I cancell an order through SM, the shipping charge remains. It takes an extra step to remove the snipping charge before updating to Aabaco. Why is that?

I have noticed a few changes in the SM processing since the last couple of updates.
I need to know what settings control these so I can change them back to the way they were...
- The orders with an AVS mismatch are coming through automatically as a "Pending Review". Need to turn this off.
- The Shipping carrier in the Shipping "info" box is defaulting to "customer pick-up" instead of our default carrier. I have to go in a select Fedex every time I enter a tracking number. This is time consuming this time of year. How do I fix that?

I have changed the login and passwords in SM to the new Aabacco logins, but I get an error box telling me that I need to log out as a different user on Yahoo.
I have tried restarting the browser, Re-booting SM and re-booting the computer. Still the same error.
Has anything changed with the log-in protocol for getting info back into the store manager?

I wonder of Fedex has changed the link to tracking numbers? WHen we click on the "Track" butten in the shipment it takes us to a blank page on Fedex? Just started within the last week that I am aware of...

Vendor PO emails are not being received if the contain attachments. When testing this, it appears that emails without attachments get through, but when we attach our packing slip, they do not.
This started happening about 2 weeks ago. At first I though it was just 1-2 vendors,, but it is now most of them. It appears to be an issue for vendors using MS Outlook.
I am wondering if a Windows update might have affected that way the SM emails are being handled?

It appears that product item numbers have stopped transferring to Quickbooks during the XML exchange.
I have an invoice to pay for an item that was shipped and charged through SM on an order. The order was transferred to QB via XML. However, the item on the invoice did not transfer to QB, meaning I have no way to pay the invoice unless I go back and enter the item to QB manually.

SM has stopped working. I have updated to the newest version.
Every time I attempt to download orders I get a pop-up box that says "Internal Error Occurred".
What does that mean and how do I fix it?

I am unable to get or submit batches. A pop up window states
"Unable to sign out different user. Please go to Yahoo! and sign out as the different user and try again"

When we go to charge at the end of the day after everything has shipped, we get an error message that says
Yahoo returned error: Authorization has already expired.We find that if we do a manual "Update from Store Manager" through SM, all but a few orders have actually been charged. The info just has not passed back to SM from Yahoo.
For the few that did not charge, if we go into the Yahoo back office directly and select "Charge" within the order, the charge goes through without a problem. We then have to go back into SM and "Update from Store Manager" to get the order updated in SM.
It seems like something is not reading correctly through the API. This is a new development within the past week. I wonder if Yahoo has made some more "tweaks"...?
A new problem has cropped up tonight.
We can no longer export our orders to QB via XML. QB is open, but SM does not seem to recognize that it is open. I have restarted the browser, restarted SM and rebooted the entire computer. Still the smae issue. This is brand new tonight.

Our LMG site has stopped printing out gift messages on either the Yahoo Store order report or the packing slip report.
We use the exact same report for the other 2 stores and they are okay. Something changed in one of our custom settings on the one store during the update process.
The problem is that we don't even know there is a gift message missing, so this is something that needs to be addressed quickly. If you could tell me what to look for...?...
Fixed Bugs / "Closed" orders no longer automatically disappear from "Open" Order screen : Fixed - version 126.96.36.199« on: July 26, 2015, 05:33:27 PM »
After an order is sjhipped and charged, it used to disappear from the "open" screen and move to the "Closed" screen. That is no longer happening in the Yahoo API verison without having to refresh the screen or click on another tab.
I updated our products to the database last night and today our products are coming over with incorrect weights. We are having to manually modify every order before sending to the shipping software.
There are a bunch of products with $0.00 unit price and there were 5000 blank line items that I deleted. There are also a bunch of hidden items that should not be hidden...
The product import from Yahoo appears to not be working correctly.

Starting this morning we are having an issue with packing slips. When we print to Adobe PDF (the format we use to send to drop-shippers...and to modifiy info) the packing slip that "prints" is NOT the packing slip for the selected order!
I have tried deleting and re-downloading the orders from Yahoo...re-booting SM...rebooting the entire computer...nothing seems to hel0p.
What would cause this?
