David Johns SuperWare releases The SuperManager version 1.1.0.0 May 15, 2006 – SuperWare releases The SuperManager version 1.1.0.0 with expanded support for QuickBooks and QuickBooks Point of Sale. With the new improvements The SuperManager now offers the best available QuickBooks export available for the Yahoo! Store platform. Some of the capabilities include: § After setting up a few accounts in QuickBooks and entering connection settings in The SuperManager multiple orders are exported with a single mouse click. § All service items (shipping, discounts, etc…) are created automatically if they do not already exist. § Orders can be exported as sales receipts or invoices. § The QuickBooks class and sales rep can be set based on store and order variables. § Customer names can be set to any order field or assigned a constant value such as “Yahoo Store Order” if customer quantity limitations are a concern. § Yahoo! Store products can also be exported to QuickBooks with a single mouse click as either inventory or non-inventory items. § The SuperManager will attempt to match Yahoo! Store products with existing items in QuickBooks. § If an item is not matched with an existing QuickBooks item and has not been previously exported it will be created on the fly during an order export that requires it. § Warnings are issued before exporting fraud, cancelled and suspect orders or when an order is exported twice. § The SuperManager is now also compatible with QuickBooks Canadian Edition. The previously existing merchant batch export has also been improved. All of the applicable capabilities outlined above are also available in a similar export to QuickBooks Point of Sale.
