for summary reports. Added status icons next to the repeat orders on the order details screen so
you can quickly see the status of other orders from the same customer. Corrected a problem that prevented the Get Order Status from Yahoo function to
work for PayPal orders. Added a check for if a PayPal order has already been paid in full before

that stored in QuickBooks. For item groups exported from the SuperManager, a price adjustment is now
added if the QuickBooks Item Group is different from the Yahoo! item
price. The "Residential" variable (order_ship_residential) has been
added to the default export format for UPS. The country, Serbia and Montenegro, has been added to the list of possible
countries. United States has been initialized as the default country when a new
SuperManager database is created. Functionality has been added to allow the capturing of PayPal funds automatically on
the Yahoo! order page through the SuperManager. An error has been corrected that resulted when a customer name was added
that started with "I" An error has been corrected that caused some orders from one store to be
saved to another store database file (This error only applied to store
owners who were managing multiple stores with the SuperManager) An error has been corrected that was causing problems during the process
of saving the database. Fixed the new file, keep settings function. Added a link to the forum in the Help menu. Added the ability to calculate taxes on the pre- or post-discount total and

store contact was not being stored in the database - fixed this. Added
two custom fields to products to allow storage of two fields not
contained in Yahoo!. Added
a declared value to products. You can now use the
product_declared_value and shipment_value variables to export this
information to shipping programs. Corrected
a small problem with the installer that was preventing the registering
of yahoo domains as trusted sites. Having these declared this
way makes browsing faster and less inhibited. Added
copy full address buttons to the order details screen to allow the
fast copy and paste of the address to other programs. Changed
the QuickBooks export to create customers for which tax is assessed as
taxable and others to nontaxable. Added
a inventory xml exchange with QuickBooks. Inventory values from
QuickBooks adjust the values stored in SuperManager When
you switch an item in an order from backordered to not the inventory

are updates available and allow you to install them if there are. Added

product_origin_country_code variable to export the country of origin
as a two letter code. Added
support for item groups in QuickBooks Made
it so average cost and country of origin are remembered when you
update a product from yahoo. Corrected
an issue causing SuperManager to not link items with options in orders
to their product variant counterparts in the products. This made
them incorrectly export to QuickBooks. The
CVV is now remembered from the authorization when you capture the sale
right afterward. Credit
memos were being exported with negative values. This is now
corrected. Corrected
some issues with the archive orders function. Added
shipment_tracking_url for exporting the tracking link for a shipment. Added
total lines for the amount paid and amount due to quickly see how much
the customer still owes. Version 1.1.1.0 - Released 6/30//2006 - This release was not rolled
out to the entire user base. It was required by unexpected changes
to the Yahoo! Store xml export that affected only merchant solutions
stores. Since there were still many features in beta at the time of
release it was only distributed to those who contacted us about having
problems importing address information
Fixed
a problem caused by Yahoo Store changing the xml format. Fixed
a problem that was preventing the item details screen from saving
changes to the unit price. Corrected
a couple of issues with the incremental pricing. Changed
the way the item details screen works so that if the SuperFind box is
empty or the same as the last time the SuperFind button was pressed it
will close the dialog and save changes. Added
support for flat rate and oversized shipment, specifically for Dazzle. Added
a setting to associate an email template with updating shipment
status. When Yahoo! Store orders are sent the tracking numbers
manual orders will now be sent this email template. Added
a carrier list to the store settings so you can have up to 255
carriers with names of your choosing. Fixed
a problem that was causing the QuickBooks products export to no longer

a few issues with the skip all repeats feature for the QuickBooks
order export. Added
support for incremental pricing with different options (ex: Green
+1.00 will add $1 to the item price) Fixed

After Import". This was specifically changed with FedEx
ShipManager v.2308-a in mind since it requires the file to which it
outputs tracking numbers to exist. This may be required by other

a problem that made it difficult for merchant starter stores to charge
credit cards in The SuperManager. Since starter stores do not
recieve the credit card number in the emailed xml files The
SuperManager was reporting that there was no credit card number in the
order. Now the credit card is grabbed from Yahoo during the
charging process. Improved
the error catching capabilities and a few minor bug fixes. Version 1.1.0.0 - Released 5/25//2006 - Although some
functionalities were released in versions 1.0.6.0 - 1.0.9.0 on a limited

Shipping, Taxes and Discounts were previously the only ones it
separated out. Added the
ability to determine what to use as the customer name even when
the "Add customers" option is selected. Added a
page_break variable to add a page break to a report A Radio Shack
electronic scale is now supported. Please post a request
for a new feature on our forum if you need to use a different
device. Fixed a bug
that caused orders to not download correctly into a new empty .smg
database. Added the
ability to export all date fields in a custom format. The format
codes are described in the user's manual. Made the credit
card expiration date recognition more robust. Added the
ability to set a time at which to cutoff the orders displayed on the
"Today" tab. Corrected an
issue that made tracking updates not send correctly after manually editing
a shipment. Added tracking
for DHL packages and added Yellow freight and UPS freight as carriers. Fixed a few
other minor bugs Version 1.0.9.0 - Released 1/4//2006 The functions
in the Actions by Order Id (Actions->By Order ID...) have been
updated to receive order numbers via a bar code scanner.
Metrologic 9540 has been tested with these functions. A comma or tab
separated list of Order Numbers can be pasted into the Actions by
Order ID text boxes to select a group of orders. Custom options
can now be added in the Item Details Dialog for each item in an
Order. Double click an order to open the Order Details Dialog
and then double click on an item in the order to open the Item Details
Dialog. Click the Add Options button to add a custom option to an
item. The
order/merchant notes can now be imported with a text import. Two
variables can be used in the text import functions, order_notes and
order_notes_append. "order_notes" will overwrite the
order/merchant notes in the SuperManager and "order_notes_append"
will append the imported information to any existing notes. Version 1.0.8.0 - Released 3/21/2006 The
SuperManager has been updated to properly download orders for a Legacy
store that still is using the previous store editor. Version 1.0.7.0 - Released 1/15/2006 Collate has
been added as an option when printing invoices on download of orders. Exporting
orders to QuickBooks has been updated and impoved. Various
improvements have been made..
A "Sales
Tax Reference" item has been added to the Quickbooks Export
function memory
usage of the SuperManager has been updated to reduce the amount of
memory used when the user's SuperManager file has been opened. A prompt has
been added to the QuickBooks export function which asks the user if
they are they sure they want to export orders which are Fraud,
Cancelled, etc. The add
QuickBooks customer function has been updated to include customer
information such as address, email and phone number. The QuickBooks
order export function has been improved to export Sales Receipts with
Payment Method and Shipment Method. The QuickBooks
export report has been updated and formatted with improved information
on what has been exported. Various
improvements have been made to the Report export
function.
"item_product_picture" and
"item_product_picture_src" have been added to use a product
picture in an invoice template. All product variables that are normally available with a product
export are now available with the item variables. Simply add
"item_" to the beginning of a product variable to have
access to it with order items. "order_status"
has been added as a variable to export the status of an order to an
invoice. The Product
Details Window has been improved to allow the user to copy the url
text for the product thumbnail or picture. The
Autosave function has been improved to ensure that a file is not
corrupted if the SuperManager is closed while the Autosave function is
saving a file. Additionally, the Autosave function has been
improved to check for access to the files before saving to ensure that
read/write access is possible which avoids system errors. The Get
Products function has been improved to download products more
efficiently. Version 1.0.6.0 - Released 12/20/2006 The Yahoo!
order import function has been updated to import PayPal card events
correctly. Various small
background improvements. Version 1.0.5.0 - Released 11/11/2006 The
SuperManager Version naming convention has changed. Distributed
releases will now always contain a "0" as the last
digit. Beta versions may be released individually during the
development stages (e.g. 1.0.3.3, 1.0.3.6, etc.). Export of
order information to Quickbooks as Sales Receipts or Invoices has been
added. The memory
usage of the SuperManager has been updated to reduce the amount of
memory used when the user's SuperManager file has been opened. Updates have
been made to improve the "Update to Yahoo!" function as some
users have been having problems with uploading certain changes back to
Yahoo!. For orders which have shipping methods which are
obsolete in Yahoo!, a selection box will be presented to the user to
select an active Yahoo! shipping method. A new variable
has been added to the Order section which allows the user to specify
if the location is Residential. This variable can be toggled
using Yahoo! custom variables. Simply name your custom variable
"Residential" in Yahoo! and this will toggle this variable
as required for exporting purposes to your shipping software. A new export
format has been added - "UPS My Online Address Book" to
simplify importing shipment address information into UPS Online. Program
keyboard shortcuts have been added to run the default Export and
Import. "Alt+E" will run your default export and
"Alt+I" will run your default import. Additionally,
the shortcut "Alt-D" has been added to run the Dazzle XML
Exchange Direct Print print function. Updated the XML
exchange function to Quickooks to correct a "string too
long" error which occurred when the Sales Tax Code was
incorrect. Regarding
Quickbooks, an additional field, Alternative Code, was added to the
product group that can be used as an alternative product code in the
event that your Quickbooks product codes do not match your Yahoo!
product codes. Regarding
Quickbooks, a selection box has been added in the XML Exchange
settings dialog for Quickbooks to export Order information to
Quickbooks in the form of a Sales Receipt or an Invoice. To
change this setting, click "View->Program Settings", and
then click the "XML Exchange" tab and select "Quickbooks"
in the list. A new export
variable combination has been added to all "Yes/No" export
variables. Simply add "_boolean" to a Yes/No variable
and you will receive a "True" or "False"
replacement in your export file. For example, "order_ship_residential"
will yield a "Yes" or "No" and "order_ship_residential_boolean"
will yield a "True" or "False". A new export
variable has been added to export product/item costs. The
variable "item_cost" will yield the item cost as entered in
the product section and "item_ext_cost" will yield the item
cost multiplied by the quantity in an order. These variables may
be useful on PO's to suppliers. A check has
been added in the credit card functions in the event that the users
connection has been lost or disconnected during the charging or
crediting of a credit card. The SuperManager will notify and
prompt the user to update the order from Yahoo! if desired. The import
batch function has been updated to be more robust when reading in
various credit card numbers and expiration dates. The Autosave
features has been updated to not try to save the file if the file is
only open as "Read-Only". A new report
type, Range, has been added which simply groups a selection of orders
together but doesn't sum together all of the relative information as
presented in the Summary report type. The send email
function has been updated and improved to wait for the user to make
any necessary changes before opening a connection with the server and
if an error occurs then the SuperManager will display the email window
again so no changes are lost. During any
shipment export function, the user will be prompted if the order
already has a shipment existing before exporting the shipment for that
order. A setting has
been added to the Dazzle XML Exchange to select if you would like to
export order item information to Dazzle. See "View-Program
Settings" and then the "XML Exchange" tab and then view
the Dazzle settings. Version 1.0.4.0 - Released 8/2/2005 The
SuperManager Version naming convention has changed. Distributed
releases will now always contain a "0" as the last
digit. Beta versions may be released individually during the
development stages (e.g. 1.0.3.3, 1.0.3.6, etc.). In previous
versions it was possible under rare circumstances to request an
authorization, charge or credit of a credit card for one order and
have it applied to another. This occurred when the card
transaction was requested, then an older order was downloaded before
the transaction was completed. This issue has been
resolved. Now if an order
is downloaded that contains a product option not in the existing
product in the database, the option will be added. The user is now
informed when products or options are added when downloading new
orders. The program
could crash when deleting certain objects, such as tax rates, shipping
classes and import and export formats. This has been corrected. The
"Next" button on the item details dialog now changes its
name to "Add" when viewing the last item to show that
clicking it once more will prompt the user whether or not to add a new
item to the order. Exporting
shipments to dazzle with more than 5 items in them could cause Dazzle
to crash. This has been corrected In some
instances, a manual order number could be used twice. The
numbering method has been adjusted to ensure the same manual order
number will not be used twice. A DHL import
format has been added to the default settings to import data from
DHL's web postage service. A keyboard
shortcut, "Alt-D" has been added to run the Dazzle XML
exchange function. In version
1.0.3.2 the tracking update function was giving a socket error.
This did not exist in previous versions, but has been fixed. Exporting a
product with multiple options to a text file stalled the program. When importing
an SMX file a prompt could appear to overwrite an import format even
when the import was not already there. This was corrected. When importing
the Yahoo! order text format the error "skip_field" not
recognized appeared. This was corrected. Version 1.0.3.2 - Released 6/22/2005 A function
has been added to the SuperManager to enter information or select
orders by order ID. To enter weights, tracking ID's, or select a group
of orders by order ID, click "Actions->By Order ID..."
and then the appropriate function. This function has been added to
simplify processing a batch of orders. Order items are
now exported with the Dazzle XML exchange function to be used with the
Customs Form capabilities in Dazzle. It is now
possible to specify in text imports to skip lines of data. The import
variable "skip_line" has been added to the import txt file
function. It requires that you include a "Y" or
"N" in the import line for that variable and it will import
or skip over the import line of data respectively. For example, when
setting up a UPS export map, you can specify to include the variable
"VoidShipmentIndicator" and this variable may be used in
conjunction with the "skip_line" variable in the
SuperManager to skip shipments which have been voided in UPS. When a tracking
id is added to all shipments for an order in the item details dialog
the order will be automatically marked as shipped. When items are
placed on backorder, the SuperManager automatically creates a new
shipment and places the backordered items in the new shipment. The
SuperManager now sets the order status to shipped when entering a
tracking ID in the Item Details Dialog of an order. It is now
possible to add another item to an order by clicking the
"Next" button in the Item Details Dialog. This feature is
helpful when creating new orders and adding multiple items. A new program
setting has been added to determine the way The SuperManager handles
backordered items. By default it is set to "Nothing",
which will cause it to react as previously. The setting can also
be changed to subtract the cost of backordered items from the subtotal
or to add a separate "Backordered Items" line item to the
totals to make it more apparent on the order details screen and
invoices that the backordered items were not yet paid for. An AutoSave
feature has now been added to the SuperManager. The user can specify
how often the database should be saved. To change this setting, click
"View->Program Settings" then select the
"Database" tab. "An
unknown error has occured" should no longer pop up when The
SuperManager is closed while a web-based function is being performed. Manual orders
are now skipped over when performing all Yahoo! update functions. Some customers
experienced problems sending tracking update emails with many orders
in them. This has now been corrected. Version 1.0.3.1 - Released 5/7/2005 Issuing a
Credit throught the Manual Transaction function has been updated to
issue credits correctly when only 1 merchant account exists in the
Yahoo! store manager. The Product
Details Dialog has been updated to offer a range of functions similar
to the Order Details Dialog such as a Menu Toolbar and more Product
Details information. A keyboard
shortcut for charging credit cards has been added: Alt+C The order list
sorting function has been updated to correctly sort by the Order ID
when the Order ID column is selected In the Order
Details Dialog menu toolbar, the "First" and
"Last" icons have been updated to correctly jump to the
First and Last orders shown in the order list when the
"Filter" button is enabled. Version 1.0.3.0 - Released 4/27/2005 A new export
variable, "order_notes", has been added to export the
Merchant Comments of the order. The merchant comments are
recorded in the Order Details Dialog. The manual has been
recently updated including a complete list of the export
variables. The manual can be found here. The order date
of manual orders can now be edited in the Order Details Dialog. The Dazzle XML
Exchange function has been updated to correctly export the shipment
information for multiple shipments. In some cases, the weights
and classes were not correctly exported but this has been corrected. A checkbox has
been added to the Order Details Dialog to show/edit the customer's
wish for gift wrapping. This value is downloaded from Yahoo! and
can be editted in The SuperManager. The Gift
Message can now be edited by clicking on the "Gift Message" tab
at the bottom right of the Order details dialog. The Program
Settings file is now backed up when a new version settings file is
installed to ensure that no Program Settings files are lost if the
user reverts back to a previous version. A bug was
corrected that caused canceled orders that had originally marked as
suspect from being set as cancelled in The SuperManager. Version 1.0.2.9 - Released 4/19/2005 The total
amount of the items in the shipment
is now included in the XML Exchange Export to Dazzle as the Shipment Value. When exporting
batch summaries to Quickbooks, the user can now specify to set the QB
sales receipt reference number as the batch number or allow QB to
create the sales receipt number. To modify this setting, open
the Program Settings dialog (View->Program Settings), then click
the "XML Exchange" tab, then select "Quickbooks"
in the item list. A Program
Setting has been added to allow the user to select to be prompted to
Update order to Yahoo! after every change or Yahoo! status change (OK,
Fraud, On Hold, Returned, etc.) after the order has been edited in the
Order Details Dialog. To modify this setting, open the Program
Settings dialog (View->Program Settings), then change the setting
at the bottom of the "Preferences" tab as needed. The
user has 3 options on order save, when to prompt to Update to Yahoo!:
1. Never, 2. On Yahoo! order status change or 3. Always. Outgoing emails
which have been edited by the user will now be opened automatically
for editing or sending if for some reason the email Send command
failed due to any server error. This will ensure that any
changes or edits to outgoing emails are not lost. When an order
is Updated from Yahoo!, any existing manual transaction card events
are now copied to the new updated order. This ensures that no
manual transaction card events are lost. Minor bugs were
corrected in the Yahoo! login sequence, Update to Yahoo! Double-clicking
on a "Merchant Batch" entry in the Merchant Batches Tree
will now automatically open the Order Details Dialog for that specific
order/batch entry. Version 1.0.2.8 - Released 4/4/2005 The SuperFilter
function has been updated to include "Weight" and
"Order ID" It is also possible now to filter by
multiple variables. For example, the user can filter by
"Order Date" and then the user can select another variable
such as "Weight". Then, click "Go" and
select "From Current List" to filter by weight over the list
filtered by "Order Date". The "Save
As" function has been updated to correctly release the open .smg
file after saving. Version 1.0.2.7 - Released 3/30/2005 Shipment status
update XML email format has been updated again to send XML emails

if you any further problems with this feature. The Update From
Yahoo! feature has been updated to only overwrite local data which has
been exported from Yahoo!. For example,
if the user has any backorder information stored locally, this
information will not be overwritten because Yahoo! doesn't export this
information in the order XML export file. The "Read
Only" feature has now been updated to also be compatible with
Windows 98 and Windows ME users. Version 1.0.2.6 - Released 3/20/2005 QB XML export
updated/improved to properly export batches to QB. (The QB XML
export is working, but is still in beta phase of development.) Version 1.0.2.5 - Released 3/23/2005 Export variable "item_shipment_number" has been updated to export the
correct shipment number for individual items in an order.
Previously, the first shipment was being shown as "0" instead of
"1". The security and limited access settings have been adjusted and updated to
accurately represent how the SuperManager is limiting access to the open
database. To activate limited access for your database, open the
“Store Settings” dialog and then click the “Login/Security” tab. Check the box to protect the database with your security key and
then check the box to limit the access to the database with the security
key. The Shipment Status Update function has been updated to correctly send a large
group of shipment status orders to Yahoo! correctly. Previously, the XML included stray exclamation marks which caused
an error when updating the shipment status. A “Read
Only” feature has been added to the SuperManager to protect the
integrity of the store database that is actively open.
If another user on the computer network attempts to open a store
database, which is already in use, then the SuperManager will prompt the
user to open the database as “read only”. This will ensure that different
users who have the store database
open at the same time will not overwrite the store database. The
“Update to Yahoo!” function was updated to correctly update tracking
ID’s for orders which have multiple shipments in the SuperManager but
only have a single item on Yahoo! The SuperFind function now searches also through the “Merchant Comments”
section of each order. The SuperManager will now write a comment to the “Merchant Comments”
section of the order if a credit card charge has been declined. This will show the user that a charge attempt has already
been made. Version 1.0.2.4 - Released 3/14/2005 Export variable
"order_item_list" has been added to the export variable list
to allow the export of a quick item list by item code and
quantity. The
"Next" and "Previous" buttons in the Order Details
Dialog can now be "filtered" to just click through the
orders that are shown in the order list tab that is currently being
viewed. To see this feature in action: The SuperFind
function has been improved to also search for orders by Tracking
ID/Number. The "Get
Order Status from Yahoo!" function will also retrieve the
"Repeat Orders" information that is shown on the Yahoo!
order page. The likely repeats will be written to the
"Merchant Comments" section of the SuperManager. The
Merchant Comments are found at the bottom left of the Order Details
Dialog (ODD) which can be opened by double-clicking on an order in the
order list. Importing
multiple shipments from WorldShip or FedEx will now import the
tracking ID/Number to the correct shipment number and the correct
number will be displayed when Updating Shipment Status to Yahoo! Version 1.0.2.3 - Released 3/10/2005 Importing
shipment information has been reverted to changing the order status
from "Backordered" to "Shipped". It is
possible for the user to create multiple shipments and move items to
backorder in different shipments if they do not want to update the
status from "Backordered" to "Shipped" It is now
possible to download the Yahoo! order status (OK, Pending Review,
Fraudulent, etc..) and tracking numbers from Yahoo! into the
SuperManager. This information is not included in the normal
order XML export but we now retrieve this information from the
individual order page. To use this feature, select the order(s)
from the order list and then right click and select "Get Order
Status From Yahoo!". The export
variable "order_time" has been added to export the time of
the orde. The format of the order time is: "hh:mm:ss". A DHL export
format has been added to the default settings to allow order
information to be exported from the SuperManager and imported into
DHL's online WebShip system. Version 1.0.2.2 - Released 3/1/2005 Importing
shipment information will no longer change backordered orders to
"Shipped". The status of the order will remain
"Backordered". The
SuperManager to Dazzle XML exchange function is now exporting multiple
shipments properly and will read in the Dazzle XML shipment report
after Dazzle has finished printing postage. CC and BCC
fields have been added to Email Templates to allow the user to chose
to CC or BCC a specific email address with different Email Templates Order status
"On Hold" and "Pending Review" have been added to
complete the order status compatibility with Yahoo!. These order
status can be updated to Yahoo! by using the 'Update to Yahoo!"
feature. QB XML export
function has been corrected to accurately export credit card batch
summaries to equal "0" and a QB XML export report summary
has been added after exporting to QB to summarize the results of the
export. Version 1.0.2.1 - Released 2/18/2005 The manual
transaction section of the Yahoo! store manager has changed. The
SuperManager has been updated to perform manual transactions
correctly. Marking items
backordered has been updated and fixed. It is now possible to
mark items backordered properly by right clicking on an item in the
item list or by double clicking on the item and then specifying the
number backordered. The order status is also being marked as
backordered. Toolbar
rollover text in the Order Details Dialog has been modified to show
the text instead of random characters. The Void Sale
and Void Credit functions have been updated to work correctly in the
latest version. A program
setting has been added to remove the "-1" from shipment
numbers when exporting to shipping software. The setting is
located in "View->Program Settings" and then under the
"Preferences" tab. The
Authorization function is now working correctly for e-store orders and
manual orders. The
SuperManager logs out of the Yahoo! store manager when changing from
one Yahoo! store database to another. Version 1.0.2.0 - Released 2/9/2005 Error
"Unable to sign in to Yahoo! (error 1001)" has been fixed. Yahoo!
made a small change to
the authentication sequence. The date is now
stored with each card event so the user can see exactly when a credit
card was charged, credited or authorized. Backordered
fill date, it is now possible to enter an expected backordered fill
date. Number of items
backordered in a line item, it is now possible to specify a number of
the same items that are on backorder. Multiple
shipment export has now been updated to properly export the order
number and shipment number.
Version 1.0.1.9 - Released 2/1/2005
Yahoo! changed
the products export XML file format and the SuperManager has been
updated to accommodate this change. If orders have
not been authorized in real time when the order was received, then the
SuperManager will now authorize the credit cards through the normal
order page instead of the manual transactions page. The Email
templates can be arranged in any order as specifed by the user.
The "Up" and "Down" button will allow the user to
change the position in the list of any Email templates. Charging
multiple credit cards from the order list through the manual
transaction page has now been updated and the credit cards are being
charged correctly.

Yahoo!
changed the link name for the Manual Transaction section from
"Transactions" to "Manual Transactions".
This update is required to be able to use the manual transaction
feature in the SuperManager Shipping
carrier, "Other", has been added to the "Enter tracking
ID's" dialog which can be accessed when you right click on an
order. Backordered
item variables have been added to Invoice Reports (e.g. backordered_item_code,
backordered_item_quantity, etc). It is now
possible to open and edit a product from the Item Details Dialog which
is accessed by double clicking on an item in an order in the Order
Details Dialog. When importing
the shipment variable, "shipment_carrier", the SuperManager
will now attempt to read the carrier in a string of text. For
example, the SuperManager will recognize that "UPS Ground"
is carrier "UPS".

The send email
function has been adjusted to be more compatible across many different
types of SMTP servers. Export
variable, "backordered_items", has been corrected to
properly export a list of all the backordered items for an order. For Dazzle XML
Exchange, the user can enter a folder which does not exist and the
SuperManager will create it automatically when exporting the first
Dazzle XML Exchange file. The order
profit function has been corrected and now displays the estimate of
the profit of the order correctly. After orders
have been updated to Yahoo! via the update shipment status, a comment is added to the merchant
comments section of the order which states the order status
information has been sent to Yahoo!. It is now
possible to sort the first column in the order list by order status by
clicking on the column header. The order
status, shipment method and payment method have been added to the SuperFilter so the user can now display
all orders with a certain status, shipment method, or payment method. SuperFilter by
"Date" has been modified to correctly display the orders in
a given range. "From" and "To" have also
been added to clarify which date is the starting date. DHL has been
added as a carrier in the import format settings.

invoice function has been revised to print invoices much faster and to
properly allocate memory to avoid crashing after a large number of

repeat orders that a customer has placed.

SMTP e-mail
function has been changed to add quotations around Company Name when
sending all e-mails. This fix will correct any shipment status
update errors that are caused by users who have special characters in
their company name such as apostrophes, semicolons, or commas. The main dialog
window has been modified to allow resizing. The dialog window
size can be maximized or it can be customized by dragging. The
SuperManager will remember your size preference and it will be the
default when you restart the program. "Update to
Yahoo!" is now possible in the main order list. You can
update multiple orders to Yahoo!. Previously, this function was
only available in the Order Details Dialog. The status
"Returned" has been added as a status in the SuperManager. When updating
the statii to Yahoo!, the user is now prompted to enter from the
Yahoo! choices, for orders which have been marked
