Customer Support and Product Upgrade
Contract
The initial SuperManager
license comes with 1 year of free customer service support and free
product upgrades.
Some of the
benefits of keeping this contract current include:
- Customer Support integrating The
SuperManager with other software
- Customer Support setting
up your SuperManager store and program settings
- Answers to
questions about usage and help establishing an optimal process
for using The SuperManager
- The SuperManager
development team is always adding new features. You will be
informed about the latest developments and they will be available for
you to download free of charge.*
1 Year Full Customer
Support and Product Update Contract - $149
Without a Support
and Product Upgrade Contract:
- Updates will be made
available to you upon request if a functionality in The SuperManager
does not work and is caused by a bug in The SuperManager. This
does not include changes to other software or services that cause The
SuperManager to no longer integrate with them.
- You will be charged for
support at $30 per normal issue and $100 per advanced issue.
- You are always welcome
to seek advice from our user forum, but expert assistance from
SuperWare is not guaranteed.
*Subscription charges may
apply for the use of certain add-on functionalities.
