Customer Support and Product Upgrade Contract

The initial SuperManager license comes with 1 year of free customer service support and free product upgrades.

Some of the benefits of keeping this contract current include:

Customer Support integrating The SuperManager with other software
Customer Support setting up your SuperManager store and program settings
Answers to questions about usage and help establishing an optimal process for using The SuperManager
The SuperManager development team is always adding new features. You will be informed about the latest developments and they will be available for you to download free of charge.*

1 Year Full Customer Support and Product Update Contract - $149

Without a Support and Product Upgrade Contract:

Updates will be made available to you upon request if a functionality in The SuperManager does not work and is caused by a bug in The SuperManager. This does not include changes to other software or services that cause The SuperManager to no longer integrate with them.
You will be charged for support at $30 per normal issue and $100 per advanced issue.
You are always welcome to seek advice from our user forum, but expert assistance from SuperWare is not guaranteed.
