Received a libeay32.dll file missing error when restarting SM after latest update 1.5.1.0. It states to try reinstalling program to correct the error. Any idea on the cause or solution.? Do we need to run a new install of SM and then load data from backup? We were running SM v 1.4.7.2 on Win 7 64 bit. Thanks.

Sorry, the SM version we were running on that machine was 1.4.4.8 not 1.4.7.2. We have not tried running the update on any other station.

Groovy carts,

It sounds like something just went wrong with the installation.  You should be able to go to our website, select download from the menu on the left and enter your license key to download 1.5.1.0 again.  if you need your license key it should be in the email we sent when you our purchased SuperManager.  You can also go to "Help", "About the SuperManager" inside SuperManager to get it.  Once downloading the installer, uninstall SuperManager from the windows control panel under "Programs and Features".  Then install SuperManager again using the installer you just downloaded.  You should not have to reload data or settings from backups when you do this.  I think this should fix the problem, but please report back.
