Hey Guys,

I would like to recommend automatic trial downloads if possible. 

It takes a while to get the e-mail with the trial and sometimes I'm doing a remote and want to show them how well the SuperManager Lite version works with Yahoo and QuickBooks, but unless they request it the day before, we can't.

We may consider this at some point.  Currently for the protection of ourselves and our customer base we monitor each request that comes through and only grant trials to people and companies with a legitimate yahoo store and complete contact information.  It would be difficult to adequately monitor this without human oversight.

Hey David,

Thanks .... that makes sense.  What is the typical turn-around time for the download to come through?  I'll make sure that I have them download the trial a day before we do a remote.

We probably average about 3 hours turnaround.
