On/about November 5th, we noticed that the Amazon Payments are not posting to Super Manager. The orders come in, but they are in an Open status. Doing an Update from Store Manager doesn't change anything.

We are running the most current version of SM.

Hello,
Is the Amazon payment transaction id showing up on the order page in yahoo?
(just to check that yahoo actually received the payment info from amazon)

Also, did you check your seller central amazon payments account to make sure that those payments were actually received and reconciled through amazon?

Good luck!

Next to Payment it says Amazon Payments Number Temporarily Unavailable. The Merchant Notes indicate that the payment is captured and provides a transaction ID. In comparing this to older orders that processed correctly, they are identical.

I was wrong in saying that an update from store manager doesn't change anything. It does mark some of the orders as shipped, but it doesn't change anything in regards to the payment.

SuperManager does show the Amazon Auth in the payment events, and Super Manager does have the Amazon payments transaction ID. But the orders are not showing as paid.

Lori,

When you go back to the page does it ever show the payment number for these orders or does it continue to just show "Amazon Payments Number Temporarily Unavailable". SuperManager is just looking for that number to be there and if it's not, it doesn't read through the merchant comments to find it. It must be caused by a glitch on Yahoo's side. In cases like this, it would be nice if Yahoo would check back to see if it can ever retrieve the number later, but it may not do that.

Thanks,
David

David,

Yahoo never does update the transaction id. It continues to show "Amazon Payments Number Temporarily Unavailable".

I've emailed our Yahoo account manager to see if this can be resolved on their end.
