Hi David,

I have a question. If I download an order from Yahoo without charging it. So then in SM the order will show up as not charged. After a while if I go into Yahoo store and charge that order. This order will still show up as not charged in SM. If I accidental tried to charge this customer again from SM, will customer gets second charge or not.

Ahsan,

SuperManager will attempt to charge the order, then when it sees that the order has already been charged it will warn you that the order has been charged and ask if you want to make a manual transaction.
