Navigation Returned Error

I keep getting "Navigation Returned Error" when trying to update to Yahoo. I have to then close the program and go to yahoo store and sign out and close my browser and open the program up again. Why is this happening?

Hey Christine,
We are working on improving this. 
Is this a new thing for you or has it been going on for a while?
It seems that you probably are or were logged in with a second yahoo account and/or some issues with caching of the sessions.

To simplify your shortcut do the following if you receive the error again..

1. Open another Internet Explorer window (not firefox or Netscape).
2. Browse to http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com/services/
3. Sign out of Yahoo! on that page
4. Switch back to the Supermanager and try to download orders again.

The problem has to do with caching method in IE and we are working to fix this issue so you don't have to deal with it.
