When I copy an old (closed) order, the new one pops up as already closed... this is annoying but easily changed by deleting the shipment, and setting it as open.

Then when I go to export it to QB, it warns me that it's already exported, even though it's clearly not, as it's a brand-new order. Again, not that hard of a workaround to just tell it not to skip that order, but that's three extra steps that kind of render the copy order feature pointless.
