Hi,

I have a problem exporting to quickbooks.  This is the error I receive:

Request 1: Status = There is an invalid reference to QuickBooks ItemSalesTax "640002-1169140230" in the SalesReceipt.  QuickBooks error message: Transaction Sales Tax is currently disabled by preferences.

What should I do?  I have followed the instructions just as stated, but have not been able to export a single order to quickbooks.  I purchased this program for the order export feature and need to export 11,000 orders to it.  Any suggestions on how to do this with little pain?  :-)

Inside QB's - Go to your Preferences - Scroll down to Sales Taxes.

Then turn Sales Tax ON in the Preference.  The most common used item (it will prompt you) would be 'Yahoo Calculated'

Click through the messages to create that if you don't already have it, then save.
