We're finding that when we Update To Yahoo an order which has (a) product(s) with options, that the options are lost in the Yahoo Store Manager.

The original order download from Yahoo has the order shown correctly in the SuperManager. On at least 2 different orders, we changed an order in the SuperManager and, when we performed Update To Yahoo, the options from item(s) on the orders were lost in the Yahoo Store Manager. The orders in the Yahoo Store Manager only show the main item.

Anyone else finding this problem? and, if so, has there been a workaround implemented??

Thanks in advance for your help.

SuperManager will under certain circumstances delete options from items, but it does everything it can to retain them.  Yahoo does not allow these values to be editted when you edit an order.  In order to preserve them SuperManager checks the options to see if they are the same in SuperManager as in Yahoo.  If not it deletes them to avoid having the wrong options in the item.  In doing so it does a check to make sure that the items have not just been re-ordered, but remain the same in The SuperManager as in Yahoo.

If you add an option to an order in SuperManager it would also cause the options for that item to be deleted.

Does this sound like it is possible with the instances in which you have seen it occur, or have you seen an instance where the options have not been changed in SuperManager, yet they get deleted anyway?

Thanks,
David
