Update Tracking to Yahoo, How to fix what carrier is sent in e-mail?

I have SM to Dazzle working via XML.  Dazzle pushes the tracking number back to SM correctly.  When SM sends the e-mail back to Yahoo for shipment status update, it sends the e-mail with the shipper="Ups" - how do I change this to reflect postal service?  B/c when customers go to their order status screen, they are given a tracking number (for postal service), but the shipping method to them shows as "UPS".  I do have shipments going both UPS and USPS but need yahoo to reflect the proper shipping carrier.

Here's an example of the contents of the e-mail that is sent to yahoo:

As a clarification to the above:

Incoming orders have a shipping class on yahoo which is called "Ground".  Depending on the order type, we either ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority.

When we ship via UPS, the tracking # update e-mail that gets sent to Yahoo is correct, and the tracking number updates on the Yahoo side and the customer can click the link on their order status page to track the package.

When we ship via USPS, the tracking # update e-mail that gets sent to Yahoo is incorrect, as it shows the shipping class as UPS, although the tracking number is one from USPS.  Therefore when customers are viewing their order status page, they are shown UPS as the shipping method and are given a USPS tracking number, which obviously will not track on the UPS site.

Do you have any carriers of type USPS in your store settings?  Check under "View" | "Store Settings" | "Custom Fields" | "Carriers" and see if there are any carriers of type Postal Service.  If there are, SuperManager should correctly change shipments shipped through dazzle with tracking numbers imported back into USPS carrier type.

Under "Carriers" I see "US Postal Service".  I haven't added or changed anything under this particular tab. 

Anything else I can check?

Can you verify that the "US Postal Service" carrier is set to type "US Postal Service"?  Also, after importing a dazzle xml file can you make sure that the shipments all show the post office eagle icon?

Hi David,

The carrier type is set correctly.

After supermanager imports the dazzle xml (automatically), the shipments show the "envelope" icon but I do not see an eagle.  Thanks and let me know what I can do.

Jeff,

The Postal Service Eagle will not appear on the main order list.  It would appear in front of the shipments on the order details window.  So, for one of the orders you imported from Dazzle, double click on it to open the order details and look at the shipments tree, showing each shipment and the items in that shipment.  This is where the Eagle should appear.  Are you seeing that?
