I was just curious what determines a "likely repeat" in SM. I had never questioned it before, it always seemed to find all my customers' other orders. Today, however, one showed up that had NOTHING in common with the first order, as far as I could tell. Just an anomaly perhaps?

finnstyle,

Likely repeats are identified by either the first and last name of the billing address matching OR the email address matching.  If neither of those were true, they should not have been identified as likely matches.  Was that the case?

Thanks,
David

Haha, I didn't check the email address field! How strange that 2 customers with totally different names, living in different states, share an email address and placed an order within a day of each other!

Thanks for your prompt help as always.
