The amount in Declare Value in the shipping details of the order is all over the place.

Sometimes it matches the total of the order products, sometimes it is the value of one of the items sold and then there are other times in does not match anything.

As in my response to the weight - SuperManager looks up the declared value in the product list in SuperManager.  If there are products that have the same product code or no code at all, SuperManager just ends up taking the first product on the list with that code.  This can lead to it grabbing the declared value from another product.  Do you have multiple products with the same code?
