UPS XML exchange - error with special characters : Fixed - beta 1.2.7.9

If an order has a special character in the ship-to address (for example, the one that stopped us up today was an "a" with an accent over it), ALL orders in that exchange will fail.

I had 15+ orders highlighted, and clicked XML exchange. Everything looked fine in SM, but when you go to UPS, it shows 0 imported, 0 successful, and 1 failed. As soon as I excepted the order for Mr. Col?s, the other 14 orders processed just fine. It's an easy workaround, as I'm sure he answers to Mr. Colas, but with some international orders with their crazy addresses it may become an issue.
