Dazzle and multiple shipments for same order

The first shipment on every order goes through great and prints great on Endicia's Dazzle. However, for those rare orders that I have to ship a second package for (like a week later), the printing of the 2nd label has problems. What happens is that the second shipment prints BOTH a label for the first and the second--so I'm paying postage twice for the first shipment.  How do I fix?

Also, is there a good section to read about PayPal refunds? That's a manual process for us since we haven't studied how do do it through SuperManager.

When you do the dazzle xml exchange for a list of orders, including one that has more than one shipment, SuperManager should ask you "Export all shipments for these orders?".  If you say "No" SuperManager will ask you whether you want to each shipment in each order if there is more than one shipment.  Did this happen in your case?  If so, you should be able to choose "No" for exporting the first shipment and "Yes" for the second one.
