Hi,

I am using version 10 of UPS world ship. Trying to set up XML exchange with UPS world ship, and keep getting the following error:

             1.  The requested Package Type is unavailable for the selected service between the selected locations.

Hi David / Mike,

I found out what is actually making the problem. it is the line read:

<PackageType>Your Packaging</PackageType>

Somehow version 10 gives error if package type is  as "Your packaging". However it accept if the value  as "Package". As shown below

<PackageType>Package</PackageType>


So that's what i did. i manually changed the sm-worldship.XML file for this value, and Worldship auto xml worked. Now problem is that I do not how to change this value in Super Manager. 

Any help please.

I found and fixed the problem that caused this and have released a beta 1.2.8.5 that corrects this.  Please try downloading it and let us know if the new beta works better for you.
