Invalid ID?

I treid to dowload orders from Decemberand changed my password, however I am getting "Invalid ID" message when I try to download orders. Why?

Hello,
Either your yahoo user id has been entered incorrectly or your yahoo store id has been entered incorrectly.
Please check your login settings in "View->Store Settings"  and then look in the "Stores" tab or the "Login/Security" tab.

You can also try closing the supermanager and restarting it after you have checked your login settings.

I treid all of it already closed it and openedagain. This is not the first time I have to change password, but it is def the first time it gives me this message. I know how to do the changes and check it however it is not working.

Please send me an email (info@thesupermanager.com) with the yahoo user id and yahoo store id that you have entered in the SuperManager store settings.
