Initial setup with Yahoo store and QBPro 2009

I have followed the instructions below, but I keep getting the message "Invalid Store ID"

I am using win xp pro. Can you tell me how to proceed? Thanks.


<<<The email tracking password is not required for logging into the store.  It is only required for sending order status updates back to your Yahoo store.  The three things that are required are:

1. Your yahoo store id.
2. Your yahoo store password.
3. Your yahoo store security key.

Are you using windows Vista?  If so, please refer to the following FAQ: http://thesupermanager.com/forum/index.php?topic=362.0

If you are not using Vista and have entered these three fields successfully please try the following.  BEFORE pressing the "Get New Orders Button" press ctrl-shift-e.  This will bring up an internet explorer window.  Then go back to SuperManager (leave IE window open) and click "Get New Orders".  Let us know where SuperManager fails during the login process.

Is your store id in the form "yhst-#"?  If so, make sure you enter it including the "yhst-" portion of it.
