SuperManger running on 2core intel cpu..4 GB ram. 250 GB Hard Drive. 100GB available. PC runs smooth,no File Fragmentation,No Virus, No spyware

Problem.
I cannot import orders from yahoo store.

Facts:
1.can import products.
2.login yahoo will bring up store login screen in ie7
3. Message at bottom of supermanger says logging in.,but never downloads orders
4 Tried manually login then tried to get new orders...no go.
5 changed export type to xml..no go
6. setup new user login name for yahoo..no go.
7. Rebooted Supermanger two times.no go.
8. Uninstalled and reintalled supermanager  2 times..no go.
9. Installed supermanager on xp machine.. no go.

Question
Any possible solution  to Supermanger  importing  yahoo orders  properly?

Joel,

Please try pressing ctrl-shift-e before you press the Get Orders button.  This will bring up the internet explorer window that SuperManager will actually use to log into your store.  Once this window shows up just leave it open and press "Get New Orders" in SuperManager.  Then watch as SuperManager (tries to) log in.  Let us know where it is getting hung up.

Solution Still would not work,however.
I upgraded to IE8.
Supermanger downloaded 4,558 orders without a hitch.
Looking good
Next test is to upload orders to Quickbooks Pro 2008
