We are trying to  our friends who have a yahoo store with cleanup after receiving a ton of unfillable respirator mask orders in the past week. They let the store continue to collect over 7000 orders which they cannot now fill. We have stopped the bleeding, but the patient may still die from all the irate customers out there with their orders still pending. We have tried using SuperManager, but it prompts for a reason after each cancellation event gets sent to the store. Is there a way to select a range of orders and cancel them all without having to respond to a question about each of them?

Unfortunately, they also had their paypal set to autocapture funds at the time the order was placed, so they have the other problem of how to refund a couple thousand paypal orders.

Any advice will be appreciated!

Tom,

Sorry - but I don't have any tricks to offer you.  Currently that is the way SuperManager works.

As for crediting the PayPal charges back, SuperManager can do this, but again this is done one order at a time on the order details screen.

I'll contact you offline to propose some customization to help remedy the situation.

Thanks,
David
