I just started using Endicia. This morning I exported a group of orders to Endicia for shipping labels.  That part worked great.  But when I went back to SM, intending to send the orders to Quickbooks, they were no longer in SM.  When I tried to get them again from Yahoo, they wouldn't come, probably because they weren't "new" to SM?  Can anyone help me get these orders to QB?

Hello Marilyn,
Once you performed the shipping operation the orders probably moved out of the "open" tab to the "closed" tab.  If you just click over to the "closed" tab or the "all" tab you should see the orders.  Or you can also click on the "today" tab to see all of today's orders.

You may want to export those orders to QB before you process the shipping.

Thank you, Mike!  I agree, I had already thought of sending to QB before sending to Endicia.  Thanks for helping me find my "lost" orders.
