We have so many product options on Yahoo that we will have to manually create New Group Items in QB.
Is there a way to just export customer information,(address,phone,Etc)and not export the products(not create a sales Receipt)

Joel,

There is not a way to do this currently, but there is a way to have SuperManager use a generic item reference for each item.  When you have this turned on it will not create new items for each product/variant.  This setting is under "View" | "Program Settings" on the "XML Exchange Formats" tab.  Select "QuickBooks" and then check "Export all items with generic name".  When you do this, all items in your sales receipts will have "item" as the item reference.  The descriptions, quantities and prices will all be as specificied in your Yahoo order, but you won't have a million items created.  Does this work for you?
