SM will not accept alternative code nor can it look up code in QB
Item SP2142 is in QB.

I added SP2142 as alternative code for all variants for the Item no. i have on yahoo.
This has worked on other items but now it will not work on this item (SP2142)



Order Yahoo17295: Unable to find variant 'Blue SP2142' for product code '30THREC_FREE_SHIP' in product list.   item code as QuickBooks item name.

What am I doing wrong.

Can you send me a screenshot of your QuickBooks item list and the product details in SuperManager with the SP2142 variant selected from the variants list?
