Hi guys,

We just upgraded to version 1.3.7.9.  Now our shipment weights imported into Fed Ex ship manager are coming through in ounces.  So a 1 lb package reads (16) in our export file with variable (shipment_weight). We did not change any settings after the upgrade and I confirmed that our store setting is pound-ounces.  Do we need to adjust something else on our end?

Duane,

When you have pounds and ounces selected as your default weight shipment_weight will export the weight in ounces.  You have two options:

1. Edit the FedEx export format and change shipment_weight to shipment_weight_pound_value.
2. Change your default units to pounds (not pounds-ounces).
