For last two or three weeks, SM is giving this message time and time again whenever we try to address check:

" Unable to load XML file. Invalid at the top level of the document".

Some time it also attach "-nd" for last four digits of zip

It does not give this message all the time but  some time.

What to do?

Does it seem that there are certain addresses for which it always gives this error and others for which it won't - or just that it may give this error and then a while later it will successfully validate the same address?

It actually always gives error to certain addresses every time.

Can you send me those addresses as you see them come up and we can look into them?  This way we can see if there is a SuperManager issue or if it is the server that is failing, which unfortunately isn't something we can control.
