I have never had the price to set to zero on any of these products.  So I do not understand why they were marked as hidden.  I did have them marked as not orderable.  This is my practice when the stock was out, but they never had a price of zero.

It seems that once a product is marked hidden;  (I believed triggered when the item is marked not orderable in Yahoo.  ) is not unmarked once the product is changed to be orderable in Yahoo with the products updated function.

Or am I missing something ?

Fixed Bugs / Order marked shipped when entering weights

When you select an order from the list, right click to Enter Weights, the order gets marked shipped.

Just installed 1.2.9.0

I only do a couple of phone orders but I have not been able to get any credit cards to post for some time.  I am not sure if it is related to an upgrade on not.


I get the following error message when attempting to authorize the card.

Authorizing credit card failed.
'action >'

Version 1.2.7.8 (try one with .8)  and 1.2.7.7

I go into  Yahoo and manually post it without a problem.

Any ideas?

From the Shipment Details once you start the XML exchange add a timeout feature. 

Currently if Dazzle does not get back to SM, SM just waits and waits.  Terminating SM can cause in loss of data.

My suggestion is that after SM is waiting for a give time, pop-up a window and asks if operator wants to continue to wait or to terminate the operation.

There were no events posted and I do not see any events that fit credit card fail or decline that I can add manually.

I was able to recreate the problem with a new order.  I have emailed you the XML and screen prints of the order.

I go into each order and enter the actual shipping weight and save the order or right click from the man menu and check the shipping details by going to Shipments->Enter Weight.  Then from the main order window select the orders and send them to Worldship XML exchange.

The one order was one item, The item weight is set at 4 lbs,  I overrode to 5 lbs and it was exported as 20lbs.  The other order was also a single item 1 lb and it exported as 16 lbs.

I review each order's shipping details before it is shipped.

The amount in Declare Value in the shipping details of the order is all over the place.

Sometimes it matches the total of the order products, sometimes it is the value of one of the items sold and then there are other times in does not match anything.

When doing XML exchanges I am having problems with the incorrect weight being past to UPS and Dazzle. I have check and the XML files are incorrect and does not match the order shipping details.

This can be very costly.  A one pound using priority mail was sent to Dazzle as 33 pounds.  The bad label was placed on the box and was luckily caught before it when to the PO.

Today, I sent 4 orders at the same time to UPS and 2 out of the 4 were incorrect.

Yahoo does not require all those fields for orders paid via PayPal.  I cancelled it manually with only a Bill to Name and no other Bill to info.

When I attempt to use the Worldship XML button on the Shipment Details window it gives a message that the record was sent to Dazzle and SM creates a XML file for Dazzle.   This problem happens with every attempt.  This is pain since it hangs waiting for a Dazzle response.   Click the Dazzle button works fine. 


When I right click on an order and select XML exchange and then Worldship, SM works.

Mark an order status as cancel but can not get Yahoo updated.

Error Message missing required fields (see attached).

I down loading it, I marked it cancelled, and attempted to updated Yahoo. 

What am I missing ?
